The highly anticipated RCE Super Sport Street/Track Yellow Springs. An OEM replacement spring for 2004-2007 Subaru WRX STi from Racecomp Engineering. The Yellow Springs are designed for use with standard STi inverted struts or Ohlins Fixed Perch Replacement Struts. These Yellow Springs are intended for both the daily driven street driver as well as the autocross and track day weekend warrior. Finally, after years of being the authority on Subaru suspension options for everyone from the daily driver to the professional racer, Racecomp Engineering can now provide their own "Yellow" solution to owners looking for the ultimate OEM replacement spring for their Subaru Impreza WRX STi. Using the very popular JDM STi springs that was brought to the U.S. market in mid 2003 as the benchmark, Racecomp focused on improving on track and autocross performance, while maintaining acceptable ride quality. Extensive research, design, and testing was performed to develop a completely new Yellow Springs unlike anything currently available. The Yellow Springs rates increased approximately 25% stiffer then the popular JDM Pink Springs, the Yellow Springs are perfect for those with wider tires worried about rubbing, as well those looking for a little more rear spring rate to promote a more neutral handling characteristic. Much care was taken not to exceed the limits of the stock struts. The mildly progressive design and spring rates properly matched with the dampers ensure that ride quality is not diminished over stock. With the Yellow Spring the car is lowered 20mm in the rear and 23mm in the front for an even look.
Inspection
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from turbonutz.com within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to turbonutz.com no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where turbonutz.com is providing shipment) may be returned to turbonutz.com for full credit, but only upon verification by turbonutz.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by turbonutz.com. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by turbonutz.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
1) Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from turbonutz.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
2) Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from turbonutz.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that turbonutz.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
3) Merchandise classified by turbonutz.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
4) Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
5) Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
6) Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by turbonutz.com, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
7) Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by turbonutz.com.
8) Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
9) Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
